Returns

We have a 30-day return policy – this means you have 30 days from the purchase of the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. The item must be unused or unworn, with all tags attached. You must provide the original receipt and have it in the original packaging. You may return the item at the pickup/purchase location. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item you return fails to meet our standards. Certain exclusions may apply to items you purchase from us. Exclusions are certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), final sale items, and printed materials which come under copyright laws (printed music, for example).
